How do I know I'm ordering the right part? This warranty is voided if the painted part shows visible damage or any chemical substance has been used not specified by your car manufacturer.
ReveMoto's painted auto body parts are backed by a lifetime paint warranty for any cracking/peeling/fading from normal weather conditions. If items arrive damaged via USPS or FEDEX, customers have up to 3 (three) days after delivery of the item to notify us of damages so we may file an insurance claim. Smaller items will ship via USPS or FEDEX. Otherwise, customer accepts and assumes responsibility of the current condition of the items delivered. If items arrive damaged via freight, customers must reject the items from the courier immediately. This means our parts will remain in its original shape, and will have to ship via freight. Our large parts are NOT folded during shipping unlike many other online stores. We will provide instructions on the necessary steps to exchange the item or receive ReveMoto store credit. If the item that has been purchased is defective, does not fit, or not as described, please contact our claims department within 30 days of receiving the product by filing a claim.
